Return Policy
At The Michu Shop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. To make the return process as smooth as possible, please review our return policy for US customers below:
30-Day Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for eligible items. We will not accept returns requested beyond this 30-day period.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- The item(s) must be free from any signs of wear or use.
Return Authorization Process: Before returning any item(s), you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our customer service team. To request an RA, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to michu@themichushop.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
- In the email, include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with an RA number and further instructions for returning the item(s).
Return Shipping for US Customers: For US customers, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply follow the instructions provided with your RA to complete the return.
Return Shipping for International Customers: For international customers, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
